WHAT IS A VIRTUAL CHALLENGE? A Virtual Challenge is an event you can complete Anytime/Anywhere! There isn't a set time or place since Virtual Challenges are meant for you to complete at your convenience and at your own pace.
HOW DO I SUBMIT MY TIME? – Because this Virtual Challenge can be completed in any fashion of intentional exercise, a time will not be collected.
HOW DO I SUBMIT MY MILES? - Submitting your miles is easy! Click on results in the menu bar. Click on Submit Virtual Results. The system will walk you through the process! Submit your new activity.
HOW DO I SET/CHANGE MY MILEAGE GOAL? - Please log into your RunSignUp Account. Select Profile. Scroll Down to The Australia Down Under Challenge. Click on Submit Virtual Results. Scroll down under submit activity. Enter in Goal miles 50 / 100 / 200 and hit submit.
I AM SHOWING UP ANONYMOUS IN THE RESULTS, HOW DO I FIX IT: Log into your RunSignUp Account, Click on the Pencil and paper in the upper right hand corner, Unclick the "show" as Anonymous in public participant lists and results, Click Save.
IS THERE A SPECIFIC APP WE NEED TO USE TO TRACK OUR TIME? You can track your run with any app, watch, or fitness device that you would like.
WHEN WILL MY RACE PACKET SHIP? All race packets will ship out at the end of the Challenge. We utilize the United States Postal Service for our shipping needs. You can print your bib online.
CAN I UPDATE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS? If your Australia Down Under Challenge gear has NOT been mailed out yet, we are happy to assist you with updating your shipping address. Just shoot us an email at info@VisionEventManagement.com and we can make that change for you.
SHIPPING POLICY: If your packet is returned to us due to incorrect mailing address, a $5 charge will be made to resend the packet. If your packet is mailed to the wrong address and is not returned, the participant is responsible for purchasing a new packet and shipping. PLEASE CONFIRM YOUR MAILING ADDRESS WHEN REGISTERING.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? We do ship to registerants outside the US. We ask that you pay the additional shipping costs.

HOW CAN I RECEIVE ANOTHER COPY OF MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL? You can resend yourself a copy of your confirmation email from your RunSignUp profile.
HOW CAN I FIND MY REFERRAL LINK? There are 2 different ways you can view your referral link. You can find your unique link in your confirmation email or from your RunSignUp profile. Log into RunSignUp and go to Runner Links>>My Referrals.
HOW CAN I SEE HOW MANY PEOPLE HAVE REGISTERED THROUGH MY REFERRAL LINK? Thank you for referring your friends! You can track your referred registrations through your RunSignUp Profile. Log into RunSignUp and go to Runner Links>>My Referrals.
